Presently Kozu of Odawara City, this place was an important crossroad for transportation on the Tokaido. A rickshaw stands on the bridge in this picture of the city during the early years of the Meiji era. The structure of the thatched roofs and wooden bridge can be observed. The Oyaki Bridge of Kozu is the same as in the picture numbered 37-98.
