Mt.Matsuchiyama, located on the bank of the upper stream of Genmon Bridge, was a scenic site on the Sumida River. The Seikannon Shuhonryuin, sacred to Kankiyasoshin statue, was located on the hilltop. Imado Bridge spanning the River Sanya is seen in the front. This is described by Nagai Kafu in his novel "Sumida River ".
