Ueno park is one of the parks built by the Meiji government. Shiba Park is also one of them, and both have a similar characteristic that the tomb place of the Shogun were opened to the public. The Azumaya can be seen to the left rear, and a craftsman-like man stands on the bench built by the trunk of the cherry tree in the center.
