This is the south side of the 220m corridor that stretches east to west from the "sodebei" wall of Yomeimon at Nikko Toshogu. The south side is decorated with 25 different carvings. A candlestick is attached to each carving to light the corridor. The building in the back is the Honjido (Yakushido), famous for its "meiryu" (crying dragon).
