This view of Chokugakumon on the left and "mizuya" (washing area) on the right and was taken from the northwest corner of the precinct in front of the Hall of Worship. Many copper lanterns were installed along the fence. At the Tokugawa mausoleums, stone lanterns were placed outside the gate and copper lanterns inside.
