Kanmangafuchi is a gorge water created by the erosion of granite from Mt. Nantai by the rapid waters of Daiya River. Hyaku Jizo (Hundred Jizos) stand here. A Jizo stands above the observation post. The site is famous for its rapids and swirling waters.
